Service Standards
All services are performed by trained, insured, and bonded professionals.
We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance with minimum coverage of $2,000,000.

Service Modifications
Service modifications require written approval from both parties.

Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided unless otherwise specified in writing.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper facility maintenance.

General Liability: $2,000,000 per occurrence, $4,000,000 aggregate
Workers' Compensation: Full coverage for all employees
Professional Liability: $1,000,000 per claim
Fidelity/Dishonesty Bond: $100,000 per occurrence
Damage Claims
All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of discovery.
Claims will be investigated promptly and resolved through our insurance carriers.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or client negligence.
Maximum liability is limited to the replacement cost of damaged items.
Clients are responsible for providing secure and safe access to all service areas.
